为了对靶场测量设备完成试验任务的效能进行评估,在ADC综合效能模型的基础上,结合靶场实际,分析了靶场测量设备实时数据质量的物理含义,确定了设备有效性、稳定性、测量精度等评估指标,用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各指标的权重系数,构造了Fuzzy综合评判矩阵,并将定量和定性指标相结合,引入满意度概念,建立了改进的测量设备效能模糊综合评判模型,并进行了验证。为靶场试验设备布局和选择等决策提供更科学依据。
Abstract:Aimed to evaluate the efficiency of measure equipments during the missile flying test in the range,based on the ADC effectiveness model,the factor such as validity,stability,and veracity were analyzed.The weight of index using AHP method was calculated and the fuzzy evaluation matrix was established.Combine the qualitative index and quantitative index,improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation modle was established.The test result shows that this method has better and practicability.It is valuable for adjust measurement schedule.
