2024年,在俄乌、巴以等冲突影响下,世界主要军事强国加速推进防空反导领域发展,探索应对未来威胁的技术途径与手段,大幅提升实战能力,确保获得竞争优势。针对国外防空反导领域动向较为零散的问题,采用信息扫描与集成、专家研讨等方法,调研了2024年世界主要军事强国在防空反导领域的发展情况,分析了2024年国外防空反导领域发展新动向,对2024年国外防空反导装备与技术发展热点和趋势进行了展望,得出2024年国外防空反导领域采用系列化、通用化发展模式,重视开放协同、互联互通,聚焦“改变游戏规则”的前沿技术,为政策制定、技术攻关等提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract:In 2024,under the influence of conflicts between Russia and Ukraine,Palestine and Israel,the world major military countries accelerated the development of air and missile defense fields,explored technical ways and means to deal with future threats,greatly improved their actual combat capability,and ensured their competitive advantage.In view of the scattered trends in the field of air and missile defense abroad,the means of information scanning/integration and expert discussion are used.The development of the world major military countries in the field of air and missile defense in 2024 is investigated.The new trends of foreign air and missile defense in 2024 is analyzed.The hot spots and trends of foreign air and missile defense equipment and technology development in 2024 are looked into.The conclusion is drawn that a series and universal development model has been adopted in the foreign air and missile defense field in 2024,attaching importanceto open cooperation and interconnection,and focusing on the cutting-edge technology of"changing the rules of the game".The reference for policy formulation and technical research is provided.
